THE KYOTO DISTILLERY
The first day of this unique journey takes you to where the magic happens: you will visit our distillery where every drop of KI NO BI is made and bottled. After the distillery tour, you will be treated to a traditional Kyoto lunch.
THE HOUSE OF KI NO BI
At our Brand Home, the House of KI NO BI, which is a renovated traditional Machiya townhouse, built over 100 years ago, you will then understand how everything comes to life through the 6 Elements tasting seminar, plus blend your own gin.
HERITAGE
UJI - TEA TOWN
Immerse yourself in the traditional tea town of Uji, south of Kyoto, and visit Horii-shichimeien, KI NO BI's partner for the tea used in its gin, and his tea garden, one of the oldest in Japan. Explore their factory and experience a traditional, centuries-old tea ceremony in a historic tea room on their premises, followed by lunch on the banks of the Uji River.

Visit Byodoin Temple, one of Japan's most famous temples, in the peaceful town of Uji. This intricate wooden structure has survived intact since its construction in 1053.
GASTRONOMY
ki no bi dinner
End the day with a fine dinning at Ritz Carlton Kyoto paired with delicious KI NO BI cocktails or enjoy a KI NO BI pairing dinner at traditional Japanese cuisine, Shojo-ann.
